About the Firm
Emory Duggan & Partners was established in 2018 by long-time friends and professional colleagues Andrew Emory and George Duggan.
Each of our Founding Partners has more than 30 years of experience in legal practice spanning various jurisdictions, including New York, Delaware, California, Texas and Florida. In addition, Mr. Emory has experience working in London and Dubai, during which he came to understand the intricacies of cross-border business dealings.
Today, the firm has 8 Partners, 28 Associates, and 42 administrative and support staff based across 4 different locations. We also have experienced foreign counsel on staff to consult us on specific cultural and cross-border issues.
We have considerable experience and expertise in managing diverse areas of law, including company law, employment law, tax law and immigration law. As a firm, we offer a holistic, integrated approach which prioritizes the client’s commercial and strategic needs.
